Beauty. Pageantry. Music. Barbecue. Community. These words make up what is being considered as the biggest celebration of Philippine Independence Day outside of the Philippines right here on the East Coast.
The parade was held on Sunday, June 7th in New York City along Madison Avenue and culminated in Madison Park where stalls serving traditional Filipino cuisine awaited. Business promoters and owners were also on site to market their products.
