“No Biking Allowed”
A couple is seen from afar walking along a pedestrian pathway (a median) towards a no biking sign. This path is parallel to Ocean Parkway which is about a five-mile boulevard that leads commuters from Prospect Park South to South Brooklyn (Brighton Beach) and connecting it to the Belt Parkway.
